Zoning Board of Appeals member - There is currently an opening for a Town of Essex resident to serve as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). The ZBA meets as needed at Essex Town Hall, 2313 Main Street in Essex. The ZBA considers, reviews and decides land use appeals that arise in accordance with Article 8 of the Town’s Zoning Law. Annual 4-hour training is required and can be accomplished by attending seminars and/or webinars.
